Hi, I'm Mariana

I'm Mariana Coimbra Rodrigues. I've spent seven years across data analysis, process improvement and sales, and I'm now moving into delivery management.

Where I'm coming from

I started in industry, working on process improvement at Tintas CIN and Bosch, then moved into business analysis at Sonae. After that I spent four years in business development in web3, at Coinshift and Request Network. Along the way I've worked on over $1B in transactions with 60+ clients, and built a network of 500+ contacts.

Why delivery

The part of the job I always liked most is what happens after the yes. Getting a partner integrated, unblocking their onboarding, keeping product, engineering and the client on the same page. At Request Network I closed integrations and stayed involved until they were live. At Coinshift I led the HubSpot implementation. Process improvement is where I started, and I still enjoy making work run better.

That's the thread I want to follow: selling what a team can really deliver, and then helping it get delivered.

What I'm doing now

I'm freelancing with Pashov Audits Group as a Sales Executive, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
